Terms of purchase and use

Clear terms before doors.

These terms govern purchase, access, and participation in Tour Management 101, published by Fouled Anchor Music as a Fouled Anchor Creative Hub product.

Last updated September 1, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing the course, accepting gifted access, or using protected course materials, you agree to these terms and the linked Refund Policy and Privacy Notice. If you purchase for another person, that student must also follow these terms.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A minor may use the course only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the account and purchase.

2. Purchase and course access

Enrollment is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for one student. Paid and gifted access do not have a scheduled expiration date, but access may end after a refund, an authorized revocation, misuse, or discontinuation of the service.

If Fouled Anchor Music ever discontinues the course, reasonable advance notice and practical access to eligible downloadable materials will be provided when feasible. This does not authorize downloading or copying protected narration, animation, video, source code, assessments, or answer keys.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your password and authentication factors. Do not share an account or allow another person to complete lessons, assessments, assignments, or certificate requirements in your name. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility is determined by recorded course progress when a valid request is received. The academy offers a 100% refund before Module 1 is completed, a 50% refund after Module 1 is completed but before Module 2 is completed, and no refund once Module 2 is completed. An approved refund cancels the enrollment and ends course access. Full definitions and request instructions appear in the Refund Policy.

5. Educational and professional scope

Tour Management 101 is professional education built around fictional training scenarios and practical operating methods. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, security, safety-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Actual tours require current agreements, qualified specialists, authorized decision-makers, and applicable laws, rules, and workplace procedures.

Completing the course does not guarantee work, income, union membership, licensure, professional standing, or acceptance by an employer, school, association, or credentialing body.

6. Certificate of completion

A certificate is issued only after the platform records all required lessons, assessments, field assignments, the final examination, and the capstone as complete. It documents completion of this course; it is not a degree, license, accreditation, continuing-education award, or third-party certification. See Certificate Scope.

7. Ownership and permitted use

Course text, narration, animation, graphics, assessments, templates, software, branding, and other materials are owned by Fouled Anchor Music or used with permission. Enrollment grants a limited personal license to study the course and use authorized downloadable templates for the student’s own professional work.

You may not reproduce, record, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly display, publish, remove protective controls from, or use course materials to build or train a competing product. You may not share answer keys or submit another person’s work as your own.

8. Availability and changes

The academy may correct errors, update lessons, replace examples, improve technology, and temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or security. Material changes to the purchased course or these terms will be communicated reasonably. Non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Enforcement

Access may be suspended or revoked for account sharing, fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, attacks on the service, infringement, assessment misconduct, or other material violations. When practical, the academy will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Revocation for misconduct does not create refund eligibility.
