Our working standard
The academy is developing and evaluating Tour Management 101 against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a working target, not a claim of independently certified conformance. Accessibility remains part of content review, software testing, and post-launch support.
Measures in the course
- Structured headings, semantic controls, descriptive labels, and keyboard-accessible interaction.
- Written narration transcripts and text-based teaching alongside animated lessons.
- Visible focus treatment, text alternatives for meaningful images, and information that does not depend on color alone.
- Responsive layouts, browser zoom support, and reduced-motion behavior where animation is not essential.
- Clear form instructions, status messages, and assessment feedback.
- Alternative formats or reasonable assistance when an existing format creates a barrier.
Current known limitations and alternatives
- Animated lessons: Visual timing and movement may not work equally well for every learner. Each narrated lesson also provides written teaching, scene captions, and a narration transcript. Students may use the text without playing the animation or request a simplified text version.
- Editable workbooks: The downloadable workbooks use Microsoft Excel format, linked sheets, formulas, validation, and visual dashboards. Behavior can vary by spreadsheet application and assistive technology. Written assignment instructions remain available in the lesson, and the academy can help provide a simplified table or text alternative that does not require the student to disclose private tour information.
- Printed certificates: The browser-based certificate is the accessible source. A PDF produced through a browser’s print function may not preserve every heading, landmark, or image alternative. A student may request an accessible completion verification from academy support.
- Third-party services: Account emails and Stripe checkout are operated by their respective providers. If one of those experiences creates a barrier, contact the academy before submitting payment or sensitive information so that a practical support path can be identified.
The complete course contains a large library of custom animated lessons and interactive exercises. Every lesson is undergoing a fresh written, audio, visual-synchronization, keyboard, and responsive review before public release. Additional confirmed limitations and alternatives will be added here as that review continues.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Email chief@fouledanchormusic.com. Include the page or lesson, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, and assistive technology involved. Do not include a password or payment-card number.
The academy aims to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days and will work with the student on an accessible alternative while a permanent correction is evaluated.
Assessment approach
Release testing will combine automated checks with manual keyboard, zoom, reduced-motion, media, and screen-reader review. Automated reports alone will not be treated as proof that the course is accessible.
