Refund schedule
Refund of the course purchase price actually paid.
Refund of one-half of the course purchase price actually paid.
The enrollment is no longer eligible for a progress-based refund.
How completion is measured
A module is completed when the academy’s records show every required lesson and completion component in that module as complete. The applicable tier is determined from those records at the time a valid refund request reaches the academy.
For clarity, the 50% tier ends when Module 2 becomes complete. Starting Module 3 is not required for the no-refund tier to apply.
Requesting a refund
Email chief@fouledanchormusic.com from the address associated with the student account. Include the purchaser’s name, student email, approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Never send a password or complete payment-card number.
The academy will confirm receipt, verify the payment and progress record, state the eligible amount, and ask any necessary identity-verification questions before initiating the refund.
What happens after approval
Any approved refund—100% or 50%—cancels the enrollment. Course access ends when the refund is issued or confirmed by the payment processor. Refunds return only to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly require additional processing time before a credit becomes visible.
Gift enrollments have no cash refund value. They may be revoked by the person or academy administrator who authorized the gift.
Exceptions and payment problems
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions, failed delivery of purchased access, and rights that cannot legally be waived are handled separately from the progress-based schedule. Contact support promptly so the payment record can be investigated.
The percentage is applied to the course purchase price charged by Fouled Anchor Music. Exchange-rate differences or bank charges not collected by Fouled Anchor Music are not included, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
